Er woekert een polyvalent wildvuur. Baloji, een meesterlijke Belgische rapper van Congolese origine, verkent met AUGURE een uitdagend project dat muziek, film en mode combineert. Zo is AUGURE in de eerste plaats Baloji’s debuut als regisseur. Hij belandde ermee meteen in de officiële selectie van het filmfestival van Cannes 2023, voor de prijs in de categorie ‘Un Certain Regard’. Tijdens vers vuur neemt Baloji je mee in zijn gelijknamig monumentale album, dat ontsteekt vanuit het standpunt van de 4 hoofdpersonages uit zijn regisseurs debuut.
