Laura Accerboni (Genoa, 1985) lives in Geneva. She works with literature and visual arts. She has published the poetry books Il prima e il dopo dell’acqua (Einaudi, 2024; TIR Prize 2025), Acqua acqua fuoco (Einaudi, 2020), La parte dell’annegato (Nottetempo, 2016), and Attorno a ciò che non è stato (Edizioni del Leone, 2010). She has received several literary awards, including: Lerici Pea Giovani (1996), Piero Alinari International Poetry Award (2011), Achille Marazza Opera Prima Award (2012). Since 2016, she has been among the poets selected for the Versopolis project, promoted by the European Union. In 2021, she won the Pro Helvetia Literary Creation Grant.

Nikola Madžirov (poet, essayist, translator) was born in 1973 in Strumica, in the family of war refugees from the Balkan Wars. His poems and essays are translated into more than forty languages. For the book Relocated Stone (2007) was given the international Hubert Burda poetry award for writers born in East Europe and the most prestigious Macedonian poetry award Miladinov Brothers at Struga Poetry Evenings. Other recognitions include Studentski Zbor award for best poetry debut and Xu Zhimo Silver Leaf award for European poetry at King’s College, Cambridge in UK. He was granted several international fellowships: IWP at the University of Iowa, Yaddo and MacDowell in USA; DAAD in Berlin; Marguerite Yourcenar in France, Passa Porta in Brussels or Civitella Ranieri in Italy. He lives in Strumica and anywhere else.

Violeta Gil was born in Hoyuelos (Spain) in 1983. She is a scenic creator and a writer. She got her BA in English at Complutense University and her BA in Theatre Studies at the Royal Drama School, both in Madrid. In 2004 she co-funded her theatre company La tristura, together they have created nine pieces, performed at a national and international level. She got her MFA in Creative Writing at the University of Iowa. Her poetry is published by Arrebato and her fiction by Caballo de Troya. Así hablábamos was her last work at the National Dramatic Centre in 2024. A new poetry book, Andábamos maravillados, is forthcoming in September 2025,band she is currently working on her second novel and her first collection of essays.

Kayo Chingonyi FRSL was born in Zambia in 1987, and moved to the UK at the age of six. In 2012, he was awarded a Geoffrey Dearmer Prize and was Associate Poet at the Institute of Contemporary Arts (ICA) in 2015. His first full-length collection, Kumukanda, won the Dylan Thomas Prize and a Somerset Maugham Award. Kayo was a Burgess Fellow at the Centre for New Writing, University of Manchester before joining Durham University as Assistant Professor of Creative Writing. He was a writer and presenter for the music and culture podcast Decode on Spotify, is poetry editor at Bloomsbury, and his most recent collection A Blood Condition was shortlisted for the Forward Prize for Best Collection, the T.S. Eliot Prize, and the Costa Poetry Award. He was elected a fellow of the Royal Society of Literature in 2022.

Esohe Weyden is a writer, poet, presenter, and legal scholar. she works as a mandate assistant and doctoral researcher in family wealth law at the University of Antwerp, where she was the campus poet from 2021 to 2023. From 2025 to 2027, she will be the city poet of Antwerp. Since 2017, she has become an integral part of the Dutch-language poetry scene. Her poems have brought her to the most diverse stages, from festivals such as Crossing Border, Pukkelpop, and Tomorrowland. to the civil procession of Belgium's National Day. In 2022, she won the public prize of the PrixFintro for Dutch-language literature, and in 2019, he received the cultural award for distinguished residents of Deurne. Her debut on paper was with her poetry collection Tussentaal (2022), which was nominated for the C. Buddingh Prize 2022 for the best Dutch-language poetry debut. This was followed by en morgen nog een keer (2024), a unique children's book about trying new things. Her second poetry collection, Richtingloos Navigeren, will be released in 2025. Since 2022, she has been a member of the core editorial team of the literature-cultural magazine DW B and has published in literary magazines such as Poëziekrant and Het Liegend Konijn. In the past, she worked as a cultural reporter at ATV (2020-2022) was the poet for the VRT Language evening (2021), and served as an ambassador for the Youth Book Month (2021) and the Week of the Dutch Language (2023).

His second collection Vervoersbewijzen (2021) was awarded the Herman de Coninck Prize 2022 and nominated for the shortlist of the Grote Poëzie Prijs 2022. In 2023 he won the PrixFintro Prize in the category Dutch literature. His debut novel will be published by Atlas Contact in June 2025. He is also working on a third collection of poetry.
