Niels Poiz
Niels Poiz proposes an artistic research that builds on artist writing, écriture automatique and sociologie, which in its visual translation can be seen as gestures that, apart from their seemingly casual nature, are extremely precise in their formal choice. Their ephemeral nature underlines the power of involvement. The artistic practice reflects on our personal sphere and what it entails, and at the same time questions the choices that society makes for us: the desire for individuality, submission to political structures and laws, on how we place ourselves in society, within a community.

Sad Banana
SAD-DADA-PUNK-RAP
Sad Banana attempts to look at the world from the perspective of a banana. From inconsistent observations, it attempts to create an existential fruit salad in the form of music. Filled with lyrics that tack between boastfulness and panic attack, vulnerability and kitsch, politics and pastiche. Sad! Sad Banana cultivates this sadness in text, music and image. Sad B. uses their love for punk, rap music and dadaism to create a contemporary sound of what it means to be an overripe banana in a post-capitalist world. It makes them sad, but tears become beats if you know how to use them well. Sad! In their live shows, Sad B uses three languages and multiple genres that navigate between dadaist punk, sharp juicy rap verses and French chanson. During their concert, Sad B uses a DIY banana organ and deconstructed drum. Their live show walks a fine line between bravado and panic attack, vulnerability and kitsch, politics and pastiche. Sad!

Veronica Juliana Schmalz

Viva Los DJ's
Viva la fiesta! Viva la noche! VIVA LOS DJ'S! Unparalleled and self-proclaimed duo Aron Wouters and Finn Waters found each other through their shared passion for all things pop culture. After endlessly musing on their favorite subject, both gentlemen made it their mission in the summer of 2021 to create the most epic pop intervention ever. And so it happened. Since that first performance, Viva Los DJ's have grown into a phenomenon and pop stars in their own right. With Viva Los DJ's on stage, you can expect hyperactive, feel-good, over the top pop trips that can best be summarized as a megalomaniac fusion of a Eurovision Song Contest act, a world tour of a pop diva and a tour of all the stages at Tomorrowland.
